What you're seeing is the actual stage we mark internally as your order moves through the pipeline. We touch the system manually at five points, which keeps the signal honest — when something says "Shipped," it's actually shipped, not "label printed three days ago."
The biggest variable is customs in your country, not factory speed. Below are honest averages from the last 90 days of orders. "Total" assumes you approved QC photos within 24 hours.

If your tracker says "Customs" for more than a week, that's still inside normal range for a few European routes during peak season. Past two weeks at customs, message us and we'll chase the courier on our end.
Stages with hollow circles haven't happened yet. They're what's coming next. We don't predict exact dates because the courier and customs queue control that, and any number we put there would be a guess. The realistic timeline table above is the closest we can get to a real ETA without making things up.
Two reasons that happens. First, IDs from before April 2025 used a shorter format and aren't in this lookup — those need a manual pull. Second, occasionally a payment confirmation lags by a few hours and the order hasn't been entered yet. Either way, WhatsApp is faster than refreshing this page.
